Now is the time to create your life changing goals for business and life.
Yes, you still should follow standard goals setting rules like:

            Goals should be challenging.
            Goals should be in harmony with each other.
            Goals should include quantitative and qualitative.
            Goals should be short and long term.
            Goals should have deadlines.
            Goals should be visible, look at them every day.

To reach that next level you need to have desire for the goal, the deep belief you can achieve the goal. Write out the basic plan to make those goals happen (consider the obstacles and what is needed to overcome them).

1. What are your 5 most important values in life? Prioritize them.
2. What are your 3 most important goals in life right now (take 30 sec to decide).
3. What would you do, how would you spend your time if you learned today, you only had six months to live.
4. What would you do if you won a million dollars cash tax free in the lottery tomorrow.
5. What have you always wanted to do but been afraid to attempt.
6. What do you most enjoy doing? What gives you your greatest feeling of self-esteem and personal satisfaction.
7. What great thing would you dare to dream about if you knew you could not fail?
