2015 is winding down as everyone gives thanks for their blessing in the past year, while they look forward to 2016.
 
Looking at the future you evaluate the past figuring out what can be done better or changed all together. Try making some short term goals with milestone markers that feed into your long term passions for work and play.
 
My major drive on the work front, will be to increase my network and help some more start-up companies with my product development expertise which feeds into creating the best team for the greatest R&D center in the world.
 
On the personal side is to allow for more play time, which is great stress relief tool, therefore making it easier to do random acts of kindness on a regular daily basis.
